A full 5 hour workshop to prepare your self-mobility training to your own sport-specific goals, rehabilitation and skills.
Exploring your body‘s basic joint functions and movement patterns, breaking down movement goals into actionable and simple components, and ultimately understanding your relationship of the nervous system in your body’s “flexibility” and strength.
Be it Surfing, Yoga, Calisthenics, injury rehabilitation or plainly understanding how you can integrate mobility to your own sport. Expect to take the guesswork out of your own practice/training and achieve your goals progressively and safely.
